Specification Scheme Technically Specified Rubber (TSR) as per Standards Thai Rubber (STR)
* Not specification status, but are controlled at the producer end. ** Mooney Viscosity limits at time of production. Values will drift higher over time *** These figures are limits, not typical values. Typical values will vary by producer Dimension(Aprox): W=330mm, L=670mm, H=170mm Net Weight: 35 kgs per bale Pallet Configuration: 36 bales or 1.26 Mt per pallet, 16 pallets or 576 bales per FCL20' or 20.16 mt
Ribbed Smoked Sheets
Packing (Non-pallet): 111.110 kgs per bale, 190 bales or 21.109 metric tons per FCL 20 foot Packing with Pallet (A) : 33.33 kgs per bale, 36 bales per pallet, 16 pallets per FCL 20 foot or 19.2 MT Packing with Pallet (B) : 20 kgs per bale , 54 bales per pallet, 16 pallets per FCL 20 foot or 17.28 MT Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS) This material consists of deliberately coagulated rubber sheets, completely dried using smoke. These sheets are then graded into three main grades according to their color, consistency and observed impurities. The purest is 1RSS , then 2RSS then 3RSS RSS are used when extra tough (due to extensive cross linking) rubber is needed. Some applications are tires, tank liners, industrial products, etc. RSS is generally more difficult to process than TSR.
