Product Information TOMATOES PRODUCTS Daily Fresh's Whole Peeled Tomatoes and Chopped Tomatoes Made from all-natural, premium quality tomatoes and sea salt. Whole, firm, peeled tomatoes packed in their own juice. Daily Fresh's Tomatoes add great tomato taste to soups, stews, spaghetti sauce, casseroles and chili.  Ingredients: Originally grown and processed tomatoes and tomato juice, sea salts, and naturally derived citric acid, and calcium chloride. Production :  The Quality starts from production phase:   Select only disease-free and firm fruit. The process of  the tomatoes is established within 24 hours. The crop is pre-washing and diseased, green, and damaged tomatoes are selected. Wash tomatoes. Dip in boiling water, the dip in cold water. Slip off skins and remove cores. Hot pack and fill with tomato juice. The evaporators according to requires BRIX 4 min., and vacuum gauge(inch-hg) 7-10. Sterilization processed of canned tomatoes to 100 deg C for 30 min. Final quality control and packing in carton. The obtained tomato whole peeled is completely free of any substance which may rise the toxicity, off-flavours and odors.
